Recipient categories: Within our company, access to the personal data is granted to those persons who are responsible for maintaining the social media pages and to those persons for whom the data is relevant, e.g. in the application process. In some cases, we rely on the support of external service providers to process personal data. These service providers work for us as processors. For personal data from communication, we assume that further storage in the social media platforms is not necessary if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified or our legitimate interest in processing has ceased to exist.

VI. Rights of data subjects
